 Since 1989, Equity has been providing clients with commercial real estate solutions.  While each service is marketed and provide separately, the wide ranging capabilities of the firm give Equity the ability to create customized solutions that range from project origination to disposition.  This total lifecycle capability means that each client can be served by a uniquely constituted multi-disciplinary team that is selected to meet the client’s exact needs.  Market fees are reasonable and the firm commonly takes an open-book approach to how project finances are managed.  We team with clients for operational goals and can also become a partner that brings needed capital to the deal to make an investment possible.  The choice to offer a comprehensive array of services was quite intentional and places Equity among a limited number of firms in the commercial real estate market.  Services include: brokerage, development, construction and consulting.
