Dalan Management

Dalan Management is a real estate investment and management firm that owns, operates, and manages a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in New York, Arizona, Texas and California. We currently own and operate over fifty properties comprised of approximately 3,000 residential units and 100 commercial units across more than 2,000,000 square feet. In addition to our equity investments, we recently launched a joint venture fund with Bain Capital targeting distressed real estate asset and high yield debt.
