DMP Properties is a private, family-owned and operated, commercial real estate investment and property management company based in Newport Beach, California. We are actively involved in the day-to-day management of all of our properties and take a “hands on” approach with our investments. Since our founding in 1983, we have built up a portfolio of quality assets with a focus on neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout Southern California. Presently, DMP Properties operates over 1 million square feet of commercial property in the Western United States.
