Real Estate Capital Markets Financial Analyst

Keystone has an immediate opportunity for a talented and versatile performer.  This position supports our Senior Producers in originating transactions with both new and existing clients.  It is an opportunity to join a dynamic and highly productive team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain organization with multiple tasks and sensitive timelines
• Analyze property level financial statements and rent rolls in connection with various capital provider underwriting requirements
• Prepare accurate economic models for all asset classes
• Analyze and describe real estate market trends for markets and sub-markets
• Assemble initial and final financing request packages with attention to detail
• Interact with consultants, including: appraisers, environmental & property condition engineers
• Conduct detailed physical property inspections
• Prepare and update corporate marketing materials
• Source new business leads while interacting with market participants

Education, Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and work experience in finance, real estate or accounting preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat 
• Experience with ARGUS is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to think critically and logically and to retain information
• Ability to work independently and within a team on a wide variety of projects
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate financial analysis and loan brokerage/selling
