DESCRIPTION / OPPORTUNITY


Our growing team, the Agile Center of Excellence, needs a Business Systems Analyst to evaluate every aspect of our operation and identify key areas of growth and development. We need a professional who is focused on high-value changes and adjustments that can improve our satisfaction rate and increase our overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in both business systems analysis and agile practices. However, we are willing to work with an exceptionally qualified applicant with no previous experience working with agile practices.


QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1-3 years of experience.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


Strong organizational and analytical skills. 


Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to Agile COE customers and stakeholders.


Ability to effectively present information.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Analyzes the business processes of the Agile COE organization for inefficiencies and inadequacies.


Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be achieved and attained through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.


Provides end user support for a specific application while learning about the application and customer.


Assists in application implementations and assists in testing end user processes using defined guidelines.


Collects data and runs reports in response to client inquiries as directed by more senior associates.


Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements, with the guidance of a senior associate.


Documents business rules/functional requirements to support system enhancements with the guidance of a senior associate.


Logs and tracks basic problems/work tickets with external support organizations.


Project manage their own projects with some oversight by a senior associate.


Provides regular updates and manages executive stakeholder communication and reporting. 


Performs other duties as assigned.
