Description
The Jr Commercial Real Estate Originator/Underwriter is responsible for assisting the origination team in identifying and establishing contact with brokers and other sourcing channels; and underwriting of multi-family, underlying co-op, mixed use, retail, office, industrial and construction loan applications under approved loan policies, guidelines and procedures.

- 4 year college degree with a major in finance, economics or real estate preferred; or equivalent experience
- Desire to learn about commercial real estate
- Energetic and driven to succeed
- Good communication skills - written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organized
