JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Management & Maintenance of client's Commissioning (Cx) Library
Facilitate conversion/upload of approximately 500 commissioning & quality documents from Google Sheets to client's cloud-based electronic document management system ('AODocs') for version control. Additional conversions/uploads may apply for client's future global Plan of Record ("gPOR") revision updates.
Ensure proper taxonomy and folder structure of converted/uploaded documents in AODocs. Conduct monthly audits to ensure and verify ease of navigation for end users.
Field inquiries about the use of commissioning documentation as well as any processes related to commissioning documentation.
Conduct monthly audits of data center construction sites via the commissioning agent (CxA) to ensure compliance to the latest versions of documents in client's cloud-based electronic document management system ('AODocs')
Oversee engineering bulletin process to disseminate any updates/changes to commissioning documents in client's cloud-based electronic document management system ('AODocs')
Process and screen metadata from the feedback process for suggestions on changes to commissioning documentation. This includes filing entries, issue tracking, reviewing sequence of operations, verification and close out of issues.
Conduct monthly audits of action items / non-compliance notifications for Factory Acceptance Testing ('FAT') to ensure compliance.
Collection & processing of commissioning-related Lessons Learned (Level 4 commissioning)
Process and screen metadata from the feedback process for level 4 Lessons Learned process. This includes filing entries, issue tracking, reviewing sequence of operations, verification and close out of issues.
Processing information for New Product Introductions ('NPIs') Product Life Cycle ('PLC')
Process and screen metadata from the process for NPI PLC for the
creation of new Cx documentation. This includes filing entries, issue
tracking, reviewing sequence of operations, verification and close out of
issues.
Other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team (typically smaller
team). Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team
members.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.
Prior Project Management experience is preferred.
G-Suite. Expert knowledge and enterprise-wide experience with all G-Suite tools including: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Hangouts / Meeting (video conferencing).
EDMS. Prior experience with various cloud-based EDMS ('electronic document management systems'). Must be able to describe the system and it's capabilities. Experience with metadata tagging and filing is critical to the job.
Construction & Project Management Software. Prior experience with construction or project management-related software. What was it, and what did you use it for?
Technical Document Library Science. Experience with electronic management using proper taxonomy and folder organization.
Metadata tagging. Any experience with Intelligent file management for large enterprises that seamlessly analyzes, moves, manages and modernizes critical data across cloud-based storage infrastructures is important.
Process Control. Must have proof of prior experience managing the process for the electronic filing / retrieval of large volumes of complex document; including CAD files, commissioning scripts, manufacturing specifications, testing instructions, test results, operation instruction manuals, and construction documents.
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
