Description
The purpose of this position is to provide analysis in support to the Program Management Office (PMO).
This candidate will help our client's Construction Closed Loop Learning "CLL" Team and the client's broader design engineering and construction teams by actively looking out for any incidents in various lifecycle phases of data center construction. This candidate acquires data and information from various sources, reviews and triage for stakeholder communication & action. This candidate plays a key role in ensuring the high priority incidents are assigned to appropriate action owners in a timely manner and escalated when appropriate. Upon closure of the incident, the candidate monitors for recurrence incidents, long term effectiveness of improvement action. In summary, this role supports CLL function as the central incident data manager and clearing house.
Acquire information from the bugs opened by operations and constructions from specific bug components (Buganizer) and sources like PCG Audit. Automate the data acquisition for efficiency.
Review the reported bugs, narrowing to relevant ones, and classifying them based on source where the issue detected, originated Target Quality function for next action (Design, Supplier , Construction, Operations).
Triage based on the Priority impact described in the bug.
Compile information associated with quality, reliability, cost, delivery, and schedule.
Provide periodic feedback to CLL technical program manager with the report on incidents of high impact.
Compile data associated with equipment early life failure and other reliability failures for Mech/Electrical Field Reliability Technical Project Managers for investigation.
Extract data from BIM 360 field 2.0 issue management and provide insight into systemic issues, segmented by key categories.
Monitor for patterns and recurrence issues, provide reports on long term effectiveness.
Provide Analysis through data mining and continually monitor trends.
Prepares and presents results of analysis for projects overseen by the PMO, along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
Uses status provided from activity owners to update and analyze project schedules to determine schedule slippage and other program related issues. Conveys impact of these issues to Program Managers and/or project teams.
Based on input from program managers and other team members, determines required revisions and adjusts project schedules accordingly. Maintains version control of project schedules, charters, and other project documentation.
Designs, generates, reviews and understands PMO processes. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s).
Reviews the accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management, client, and project teams.
Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and Gantt charts.
Coordinates involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations or process improvements.
Accountable for project close out process, including collecting/auditing project documentation.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key PMO systems/processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams and day-to-day functions.
Other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, data management or related field
- 4 -7 years experience in analyzing and manipulating data, publishing reports.
- Familiarity with data analysis languages (e.g., R, Python, Matlab, SAS, etc.), proficiency in SQL, analytical tools (Tableau, Google Analytics).
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and other analytical tools and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Have working knowledge and experience in structured problem solving.
- Have additional qualifications and experience in Analytics, statistical methods.
- Experience collaborating with people across multiple disciplines.
- Comfortable presenting analysis to management.
