The firm has invested over $350 million of equity since inception. Aria has a unique design philosophy and approach to the multifamily business and is seeking to scale and define the operating platform that includes elements of property management, design, creative development, technology, business development, human resources, and recruiting. Aria is operating full scale in property management in DC, with investment, development, and finance run out of Miami and NYC. As we scale to new markets, we would like to have an enthusiastic, high-energy strategy and operations guru to build out our brand and platform in these cities. Aria is looking for an entrepreneurial emerging leader to help grow Aria’s award-winning residential platform and build our brand as the premier real estate company focused on next generation city center apartments.
Aria’s vision for residential city living includes thoughtful unit mix with micro and shareable units and curated, authentic amenities in transit-oriented locations. Aria envisions this person playing a key role in building out the operating staff for the properties, determining technologies that are accretive to the platform and managing the overall brand roll out, including creative, web, social media and public relations. This person will serve as an ambassador for this forward-thinking platform that is already making waves in Aria’s emerging neighborhoods. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial candidate to work closely with the CEO to develop, execute and manage a leading real estate firm’s strategic efforts. The role will be based out of the firm’s New York City office. Key responsibilities will include general management, product positioning, geographic rollout strategy, organizational and incentive compensation structure design, managing leasing team and strategy for lease ups, financial management and reporting. This person will be working closely with senior management to determine how to scale and intelligently build with a roll-up-your-sleeves grassroots approach.
Aria is seeking an entrepreneurial spirited leader with the ability to tackle leadership, recruiting, operations, and organizational structure. Depending on the experience level, innovative leadership skills would be necessary to help bring exciting new initiatives to this large and vital industry.
Open to recent graduates of an MBA program with 3-7 years of relevant experience pre-or-post-business school. Background in prop tech, real estate, management consulting, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and/or multifamily is a big plus. Prefer candidates with experience in the following:
