re-viv, based in San Francisco, California, and founded in 2015 is a real estate investment,

development, and management company that acquires, renovates and manages class B and C

multifamily properties in dense urban cores. Our broader mission is to revitalize underserved communities, generate attractive market-leading returns while mitigating the risk typically associated with these investments. 

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone to lead investor relations to support capital raising, develop and nurture client relationships, investor reporting and other forms of business development. This is a partner/founder level role. 

Who you are: 

You’re a savvy sales professional, with deep knowledge of capital markets and a pension for closing investors. You have experience working in a start-up environment or are at the point in your career where taking the plunge makes sense for you. You’re deeply committed to client satisfaction by procuring and building strong relationships that have lifetime value. You see the rapid emergence of technology in the commercial real estate space and are prepared to align the company’s strategies that align with the way things are today in addition to the way things will be. 



  • Nurturing our inbound inquiries by providing all necessary information to potential investors via phone and email. 

  • Outbound investor relations: Our lead generation team will supply you with a steady flow of leads. Additional duties include but are not limited to the coordination and management of cold prospecting and various lead nurturing strategies.

  • Coordination and execution of Investor Events. 

  • Educate investors on the private placement investment process on our investor portal. 

  • Organize and optimize existing investor ZOHO CRM database.

  • Database/Investor portal management and handling of confidential documentation

  • Plan strategic investor communication campaigns in coordination with the Marketing and Operations team. 

  • Administration and distribution of investor reports, marketing collateral, and other communications to our pool of investors and prospective investors. 

  • Manage all aspects of the firm’s capital raising activities:
    - Preparing offering documents with outside legal counsel
    - Coordinating investment administrative activities

Tools we use frequently: 

ZOHO CRM & Projects, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Ring central



  • At least five years experience in real estate, private equity or investment sales. 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  • Self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills

  • Capacity to discreetly handle highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally 

  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through achieving strict deadlines and fundraising goals

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with an aptitude for the quantitative and financial evaluation of business performance

  • Proven ability to collaborate with people across the business to achieve shared goals and alignment on strategies and initiatives

  • Results-driven, both short and long term focus

  • Experience working in a start-up like environments.
