POSITION SUMMARY
Crow Holdings Industrial seeks a Development Assistant in the Atlanta Office. The qualified candidate s primary responsibilities include working directly with the CHI Executives, asset teams, on-site property management, brokers and investors. This position is responsible for preparing collateral and presentation materials, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, maintaining financial and confidential records, and assisting with general development and leasing efforts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Maintain confidential department documents including scanning, saving and organizing folder structures in the electronic document management system in accordance with document retention procedures
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Prepare, submit and track expense reports and invoice routing process
- Prepare documents including marketing materials, drafting correspondence, presentation packaging (including graphics, charts and graphs) and spreadsheets
- Compile, format and distribute reports
- Manage multiple calendars, tasks and email communications; travel arrangements
- Maintain current contact lists with business contacts; handle all inbound and outbound mail
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of special projects, as assigned by the Managing Director
- Confidentially maintain the Managing Director s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and files
- Plan meetings, conferences and other various functions and activities
- Manage communication between other offices and National Offices
- May collaborate with asset management on budget forecasting and variances reported monthly
- Assist as directed in any function related to buying, selling, financing, organizing, or operating the company s real estate investments
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years administrative support experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience making and managing travel arrangements without using a travel agent to coordinate airlines, hotels and ground transportation
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel with ability to create and maintain spreadsheets for various data tracking
- Intermediate proficiency in Word to format and manage various forms of contracts
- Excellent time management and organization skills including the ability to prioritize, support, and anticipate the needs of several managers with initiative and enthusiasm
