Trinity Capital Advisors is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver and possesses strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate acquisitions and land due diligence within contracted timelines, including but not limited to all financial, economic, physical, structural and market considerations for prospective investments.
- Effectively interface with architects, civil engineers, general contractors, municipalities, land and building sellers, brokers and other consultants to meet investment objectives.
- Prepare construction budgets and overall project proformas.
- Ability to project manage real estate projects (or quickly grow into role).
- Understand target real estate markets and overall real estate fundamentals.
- Ability to support a customer focused build-to-suit development program
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant real estate development and acquisitions experience.
- Preferred land design and construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to a variety of stakeholders across numerous subject matters and disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated but can work effectively as part of a team.
