Description
A successful Seattle based Residential Developer seeking a Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting management by utilizing technical expertise to create detailed financial models and evaluate construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis in support of business decisions and partner cross-functionally to achieve the company’s financial objectives.
- Partner with Department leaders to build forecasts, construct financial budgets, track functional spending and develop KPIs.
- Compile data from a variety of sources to analyze trends and provide reports on key business KPIs.
- Partner closely with the business to understand detailed drivers of spending and perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support investment decisions.
- Skills
- BS Degree in Finance or Business or a closely related field.
- Advanced excel modeling skills with ability to create and edit macros, perform conditional formatting, consolidate data, link workbooks, import and create web queries.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Team player, strong ability to collaborate and deliver solution-based results
