Description

Financial Analyst, Real Estate Private Equity Investment

BACKGROUND:

Menlo Equities is a private, commercial real estate investment company operating in the top innovation hub submarkets within the US.  Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Menlo Equities is a vertically integrated commercial real estate company engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial office, data center, life sciences, and light industrial/R&D properties.

Since its founding, Menlo Equities has acquired or developed over 120 properties for a total capitalized value of approximately $6.8 billion.  We are or have been the landlord to many large corporations including such household names as: Apple, Disney, Target, Broadcom, LG, Alcon, Sony, Hitachi Data Systems, Abbott Labs, Panasonic, Mazda and AT&T.

Our goal is to create value and generate superior, risk-adjusted returns for our partners through our three investment platforms covering: (1) core-plus, (2) value-add, and (3) development strategies.  Regardless of where we are in the cycle, or through which platform we deploy capital, our investment focus remains consistent: invest only in high-quality buildings in the most robust technology-driven markets, which we believe have proven themselves to outperform on a comparable basis.
