Description
Responsible for administration of the debt portfolio. Responsible for assisting the Director of Servicing in executing processes and procedures related to all facets of commercial mortgage loan servicing including enhancements to servicing processes and procedures. Assist Closers with the closing process for new loans, managing data relating to existing loans, ongoing management of requests relating to any loans, preparation of the quarterly and monthly reports for the loan portfolio. Oversee third party servicing platform and act as liaison between Servicers and Allianz (AIM, Loan Management, and Legal) for remittances, loan draws for reserves, borrower special requests, etc. Monitor correspondent functions, timeliness of deliverables, quality of work, and certifications. Administer Precision LM (PLM) and responsible for boarding and updating all loan and property information in PLM. Handle all loan servicing requests, responds to information requests and helps mitigate loan servicing issues. Assist with enforcement of loan terms including, but not limited to, draw request and prepayment calculations. Responsible for data scrubbing and uploading financials and rent rolls. Close coordination with the loan management and Closing teams and the loan origination team.
Be point of contact for Correspondents on all servicing requests including payoff statements, banking relationships, insurance draws, property inspections, lender consents, lease approvals, etc. Responsible for approving borrower and servicer requests such as release of escrows, master leases, and letters of credit.

Minimum Requirements:
– 4-5 years experience required: Previous experience with all aspects of loan administration and servicing including processes and systems. Experience with loan closing process and construction loan servicing preferred.
Preferred:
– 4-5 years experience preferred: Strong experience with large loan portfolio and experience with assets across the capital stack.
