JOB DESCRIPTION
Interns work directly with the development team and assist them in all facets of Redstone’s development platform and asset classes. Duties will be comprised of, but not limited to, administration, databasing, market research, coordinating with contractors and attending weekly development meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interest in commercial real estate, specifically development
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Familiarity with Public Databases (Property Appraiser, GIS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Resourceful, Motivated, Positive, Eager, Enthusiastic
