CPA - Family Real Estate Office

Seeking CPA to join Real Estate Family Office to:

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services for a Real Estate Focused Family Office
• Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues, help to draft IRS responses, and address other tax authority inquiries
• Work with leaders and partners on special projects in various areas of corporate and flow through taxation
• Anticipate and Develop recommendations for consideration
• Coordinate and team with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters with state and local authorities, high net worth individuals and corporations, international companies
• Research and develop credit and incentive guidance

Successful candidates will have:

• CPA or JD license required
• Fifteen (15)+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance
• Experience with Domestic and International Real Estate Holdings
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of fast turnaround of project work, time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
