The Finance department is looking for a Business Process Manager, with extensive order-to-cash process mapping and Oracle systems experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of major transformation of the company's Order to Cash (O2C) processes and technology.

This individual will work with business and technical teams in Finance, IT, and Sales to standardize, modernize, digitize, and deploy Global ERP processes. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a public, multinational organization on large, complex financial change initiatives and have proven competency in process improvement methodologies with a strong data-driven approach. This individual must be comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Share knowledge as a subject matter expert on O2C processes
  • Develop a strong understanding of CoStar's O2C financial systems and business processes
  • Interview process owners and produce as-is process maps and to-be Oracle maps. Identify improvement opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze large volumes of internal and external data to define the problem and clarify solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and meet project deliverable deadlines
  • Understand and facilitate effective end user change management
  • Lead operational teams through user acceptance testing for Oracle migration


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Oracle ERP
  • 5+ years financial business transformation process projects
  • 5+ years project experience on accounting systems or information system projects
  • Exemplary research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or other business system related discipline
  • Organized thinker and excellent communicator, verbal and in writing
  • Work productively with little direct supervision, self-driven, and initiative taker
  • Ability to multitask and operate on multiple concurrent projects with rapidly shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience operating in an SOX and IT controlled environment
  • Meticulous about documentation and record-keeping
  • End user of Oracle ERP
  • Experience in Billing, Cash Applications and/or Collections
