Description


In partnership with the People Generalist; develop and implement a US onboarding program for the account. This program will expand as necessary.

Assists with transactions and questions related to onboarding new hires (FT and Contract)

Coordinate pre-hire activities, Day 1/New Employee Orientation, and post-hire follow up
    • Credentials/Access Requests
    • I-9 processing through E-Verify
    • Equipment coordination
    • Scheduling logistics of Day 1 activities


Enhance and manager our account referral and sign on bonus program

Open all requisitions and manage any changes in coordination with the People Generalist and Talent Acquisition Team

Prepares a variety of reports, both regularly occurring and ad-hoc, and conducts basic data analysis.

Build out recruiting reporting on account

Acts as a liaison to our Account People Team to troubleshoot employee issues and escalate complex issues.

Responds to People inquiries and issues on policies and programs from employees and managers, including interpretation of policies.

Assists with department initiatives, programs and training.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Required: Bachelor's Degree with preference for HR degree

2+ years experience in Human Resources or operations

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None required.

HR Certificate or APHR preferred

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to effectively present information to internal customers and large groups of employees. Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate and understand standard data and possess basic analytical skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrences. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite Products). Excel advanced skills such as pivot tables and v-lookups required.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause negative short-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, and internal clients.
