Rincon Management is seeking a full-time Sr. Property Manager to join our team!  As Sr. Property Manager you would be working closely with our Asst. Property Manager to collectively manage 2 properties consisting of a combination of rental units and condominiums located in Arlington, MA.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in property management.
  • High school diploma, associates or bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Organized, reliable and self-motivated.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Personable and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer daily operations, which includes but not limited to rentals, collections, payables, resident relations, and general office management tasks.
  • Assist with the monthly accounts receivable billing.
  • Leasing tasks including but not limited to drafting and executing lease documents, marketing of vacant units, showing apartments, processing and screening rental applications, and handling renewals/extensions and amendments.
  • Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs.
  • Receive and initiate maintenance requests, schedule contractors, track project progress and completion.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and assist in strategies to improve leasing, marketing, tenant retention and satisfaction.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports, annual operating budgets.
  • Monitoring expenditures to stay in compliance with established budgets.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors. 
  • Perform routine property inspections.

Preferred Skills:

  • AppFolio or comparable property management software.
  • Experience with condo associations preferred.
  • PC/Mac & Microsoft Office experience
  • Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and implementation of capital improvements.
