Position Located in Tampa, FL - Relocation Assistance Provided!

Guaranteed Base Pay: $250k - $500k Annually Depending upon Experience!

Ability to Work Remotely! 
 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

· Develop business plans, strategies, and programs; implement effective strategies to increase sales & profitability.

· Develop and implement systems to accurately forecast revenue generation.

· Manage, develop, and direct sales team to achieve sales & profit goals. 

· Develop and achieve monthly sales targets.

· Analyze and control expenditures to conform with budgetary requirements.


QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven track record in creating, developing, managing and mentoring a high-performance sales team.

· Background in the Rental Housing/Multi Family Industry.

· Experience in developing new markets.

· Knowledge of forecasting and financial reports, data   collection, analysis, and evaluation.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree 

· Extensive experience managing sizeable   and complex sales and marketing operations in the Rental Housing Industry.

· Strong leadership and management skills.   

· Sound judgment and decision-making skills.

· Ability to increase employee engagement by mentoring and developing the team.

· Excellent interpersonal/customer relation skills; excellent verbal and written communications; ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

· Creative ability to develop new sales opportunities.

· Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions.

· Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.

· Strong work ethic and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

· Ability to handle high stress situations and communicate in a calm and professional manner.

· Must have good analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills. 

· Ability to write routine reports & correspondence.

· Demonstrated ability to interpret economic conditions and anticipate the impact on the company.
