We are actively seeking a full-time Acquisition Transaction Coordinator to work with our acquisition, development, and third-party teams to coordinate and close transactions. Previous experience a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist our legal team in the negotiation and execution of purchase and sales Agreements on building and land acquisitions and dispositions
• Assist in the selection and coordination of due diligence with internal and external parties
• Track acquisition from signed LOI to post-closing
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with transaction details
• Work with acquisition team to assemble and compile investment template including market activity, comps, maps, and transaction timelines

Requirements:

• Excellent organization, negotiation, and communication skills
• Team player who can work with all members of the acquisition, development, asset management and financial analyst teams
• Excellent ability to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 3-5 years previous experience in transaction or contract negotiation required
