CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mechanical Engineer position is $85000 annually and the maximum salary for the Mechanical Engineer position is $100000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus on CBRE's applicable benefit program.

What You'll Do:
- Prepares mechanical designs and perform calculations in support of large commercial and industrial projects - both renovation and new construction.
- Assist the Senior Engineer with planning the layout of a project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Prepares scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
- Assists Senior Engineer with construction administration duties and conducting periodic on-site observation of work during construction to supervise compliance with plans.
- Advises integration of technical activities and products including the preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree from four-year college or university in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience required.
- PE License
- Experience with Revit is strongly preferred
