Job Description – Senior Analyst or Associate, R4 Capital Funding

R4 Capital Funding (“R4CF”) seeks to hire a New York City-based Senior Analyst or Associate for its fund management team, with a focus on affordable multifamily housing lending and investment. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of R4CF and core responsibilities include:

• Coordinating investor due diligence submissions with R4’s origination and underwriting teams to ensure timely investor credit approval and rate locks
• Managing investor closings and capital calls
• Maintaining fund models and statistics on assets under management
• Producing quarterly portfolio reports and acting as a liaison between investors and R4’s asset management and servicing teams
• Preparing and printing investor presentations
• Supporting R4CF in all business development initiatives, which shall include new investor solicitations, growth of existing investor relationships, and engagement of 3^rd party placement agents
• Other analytical and administrative duties as needed

Candidates are expected to have two or more years of relevant work experience, with a focus on real estate or fixed income portfolio management or asset management. Compensation and title will be commensurate with education and experience. 

R4 Capital Funding is the tax-exempt mortgage lending platform of R4 Capital, a national low income housing tax credit syndicator with over $2 billion of affordable housing investments under management. R4CF provides full-service asset and fund management services to institutional investors and has originated over $350 million of first mortgage bonds since its founding in January 2016.
