Job Overview
- Establish and continuously work to improve HR Management System including formulation and implementation of policies regarding recruiting, training, performance evaluation, compensation and employee relations;
- Formulate performance evaluation policies and procedures in consistence with corporate strategies and executive directives;
- Implement performance evaluation policies and procedures on a departmental level, resolve issues occurred during the process and continuously work to improve the existing performance evaluation system;
- Identify hiring needs and build teams as needed, especially identifying and selecting senior talents to uplift core competencies;
- Continuously work to maintain talent pools via vertical hiring and succession planning;
- Routinely recommend to executives HR strategies, including team-building and administrative policies, and provide HR support in alignment with corporate strategies;
- Resolve HR and administrative issues and create a positive corporate culture to foster productivity;
Qualifications and Desired Characteristics
- Outstanding Business English writing skills
- Directly manage the entire HR process including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, compensation and exit interviews
- At least 8 years of experience in Performance Management
- HR experience in a real estate development company is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration from a U.S accredited University
- Detail oriented individual who is willing to work hard to finish the job
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
