Quadrum Global, a London-based privately held investor & developer of residential and lifestyle hotels in New York, Chicago, and Miami is currently seeking an Analyst in the New York City office. The firm controls over $1 billion in equity capital with a real estate portfolio valued in excess of $2 billion. This is an unusual opportunity to join a well-capitalized firm with a small and highly proficient team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. The Asset Management / Acquisitions Analyst will be involved in all facets of the investment, development, and management of each property within Quadrum’s growing portfolio. The position will be the 6th team member in the NYC office and serve as support to NYC acquisitions, asset management and development teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our existing portfolio
  • Create financial models and templates for analyzing new acquisitions
  • Tracking development budgets and schedules
  • Update quarterly asset management reports
  • Assist in the procurement, negotiation, and closing of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
  • Interfacing with legal and accounting departments on various matters

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • College degree, post-graduate preferred
  • At least 1 year of investment banking, private equity, or real estate finance experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Candidate must be hands-on, willing to dive head-first into this role and not be afraid to ask questions
  • Pro-active, energetic, creative disposition with an advanced “problem solving” mentality
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
