A NYC-based Real Estate Developer is currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the firm's high energy CEO.

This role will require a pro-active approach for job execution by utilizing extensive experience as a Personal Assistant. The perfect candidate will provide support across multiple functional areas. Some tasks include preparation of offering memo for the company’s investors, deals underwriting, and writing investors reports. In addition, you will help the Executive lead important in-house projects such as implementing accounting software and CRM software. The focus of our company is growing and developing relationships with new investors and lenders. You will be helping the CEO to manage, develop and maintain this goal.

It is the Personal Assistant's mission to be highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. Portraying a friendly, yet professional nature with a "Can-do" attitude. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to anticipate needs. Your default setting is to be proactive, not reactive. You take ownership of problems and develop solutions without being asked. To do this job well, you need to be eager to take action and have a history of getting things done.

You must be an organizational powerhouse. You need to be a master of logistics, planning, and coordination. The right candidate will have a flexible personality, be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.


Responsibilities:

• Anticipate needs and make executive's life flow smoothly and more easily
• Scheduling, planning, preparation and debriefing of meetings and phone calls.
• Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Must be reachable, "online", willing and able to handle tasks 24/7
• Responding to urgent requests
• Coordinating and booking travel arrangements as needed
• Assisting with organizing events and meetings
• Scheduling Reservations
• Calendar Organization
• Morning Briefings and day scheduling


Qualifications:

• Real estate and financial background is a big plus
• Exceptional business writer
• High knowledge of working with excel creating financial models
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Self-guided initiative
• Maturity to handle a wide range of situations
• A meticulous and thorough nature
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed
• Dress code: Casual
