Arc Capital Partners -- founded by 25+ year veterans, Quincy Allen and Neville Rhone -- is a Los Angeles-based real estate platform that invests in urban mixed-use environments to capture millennial growth.  We recently formed a platform with Belay Investment Group, a CalSTRS investment advisor, that positions us to acquire and reposition another $400 - $450 million of commercial real estate primarily in California and Texas. We are therefore seeking to add to our team to support the significant growth of our business.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time office manager to be an integral part of our team and lead our efforts to assist with the day-to-day tasks of managing a commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and want to be instrumental in growing and building a special company. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, including emails, calendar invites and calls
  • Strategically coordinate the calendar of the Managing Partners, including scheduling relevant meetings, managing day or week-long trips, making complicated travel arrangements, and being on-call for last minute scheduling changes
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Experience as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Highly confidential
