Responsibilities:
Financial analysis and underwriting for new acquisition and development projects;
Assist acquisition team in the preparation of detailed investment committee memoranda;
Assist in due diligence and closing procedures for new projects;
Perform market research to help the acquisition team identify market trends and target acquisition opportunities;
Provide analytical asset management, development, and finance support for the company’s current projects;
Maintaining a pipeline and database for new acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field;
Financial modeling background using Excel;
Argus experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to become proficient in Argus through on the job training;
Well organized with strong communication skills;
Good attitude and ability to operate in a team environment, while taking direction from multiple supervisors;
Prior real estate experience is not required.
