Investments Associate / Investments Analyst
The Investment Associate / Investments Analyst position reports directly to the Vice President of Investments and actively works to source and evaluate new investment opportunities, complete in-depth underwriting and develop comprehensive, thoughtful and deliberate business plans for multifamily acquisitions and opportunistic real estate investments. This role works in conjunction with the asset management, finance, legal and operations teams to ensure new investments are aligned with StoneRiver’s investment strategy and are properly transitioned into operations and asset management upon closing.

- Excellent computer skills with the ability to create customized research reports and to integrate data into existing database formats
- Advanced / Expert in Microsoft Excel and other Office Products; as well as strong technical experience with computer modeling
Other Considerations:
- Preferred Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, with a concentration in real estate, finance, business, construction/development, general finance or similar degree
- 6+ years’ experience in Real Estate or related field
- Valid Driver’s License
