Description
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Reconciliation of large volume of bank accounts both manually & utilizing computer reconciliation program
- Review and research of outstanding checks for appropriate replacement and updated payee status.
- Research discrepancies, journalize as appropriate or coordinate necessary notifications to resolve open items.
- Responsible for the opening & closing of bank accounts requiring coordination with both internal and banking personnel.
- Handle set-up and notification regarding new property and banking information.
- Review, monitor and record bank analyses fees and services.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of MRI a plus
- Must be very detail-oriented, organized, possess basic bookkeeping skills
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years bank reconciliation experience required
