We are seeking a full-time Summer Intern to jump-start their business career in the role of Business Analyst reporting to our Business Planning Manager in the Real Estate group. You will closely support the Business Planning Manager by providing critical data analysis, project support, and innovative insights for process improvements while being part of a dynamic cross-functional and global team.
The primary responsibilities of the Intern will be to lead or be a key contributor to several of the projects described below. The Intern will also aid with the ad hoc day-to-day business needs which entails undertaking of the following:

- Assist in the development of overarching strategies related to workplace, organization, process, sustainability, labor, and finance to govern the HERE real estate portfolio
- Gather and analyze inputs from the strategic planning process and on-account systems (business requirements, costs, facility information, cap-ex requirements, forecasts, occupancy data, lease and market data)
- Compile and coordinate reporting, using multiple sources of data Identify opportunities for optimization, cost savings and improved ROI in the HERE portfolio
- Perform complex financial analyses on ad hoc, business-critical topics with minimal supervision Formulate and deliver responses to inquiries as needed.
