First Realty Management is seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager in the greater Boston area. Previous condominium management and experience with condominium boards is required. This position may include properties in the greater Boston area and may require travel between locations.



Primary Responsibilities 

  • Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established guidelines
  • Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members
  • Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines
  • Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings
  • Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties 
  • Provides administrative support for the properties
  • Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Effectively utilizes all company software used for; storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processingCompletes weekly site visits to all properties within assigned portfolio

 

Job Qualifications 

  • Excellent resident relations skills
  • Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative
  • Superior judgment and decision making skills 
  • 3+ years’ experience in condominium management
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
