RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and underwrite potential land/building acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present new opportunities to management team / investment committee.
• Coordinate due diligence process required for successful closing.
• Work with legal counsel/consultants on various deals.
• Work with lenders/brokers on financing.
• Manage existing properties and update project business plans when needed.
• Represent firm at conferences, networking, and industry events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional real estate business.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing real estate investment opportunities. 
• Good at Microsoft Excel modeling.
