Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

Prosper Portland seeks a strategic thinker with real estate financial analysis expertise to join the Asset and Investment Team as our Real Estate Portfolio Analyst.   You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team that manages the real estate assets of the City s Economic Development agency. You will provide critical real estate modeling and scenario analysis that will allow the agency to make important investment decisions that deliver on its Strategic Plan and Financial Sustainability Plan objectives supporting equitable prosperity for the City of Portland. Your creativity, flexibility and understanding of market forces will serve you well as you evaluate and forecast our real estate portfolio and property operating performance. You will also be responsible for market rate leasing activities including tenanting outreach strategy, broker relationship management and the negotiation of agreements.   The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis for a real estate firm, investment management firm, bank or other real estate focused entity. They will possess a problem-solving disposition and an ability to organize and prioritize in a shifting fast paced environment, and an ability to forge and nurture collaborative relationships with people inside and outside the agency.   Salary Range: $81,996 - $107,973   Interested parties must complete an online application to be considered.
