Description
The Capital Markets Operations Analyst will manage data migrations and ensure the integrity of data for the CBRE Capital Markets CRM (customer relationship management system). The analyst will also provide general support for end users and assist with report development and data integration. As a member of the national Capital Markets leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and completeness of the data driving the tools and reports used by brokers and leadership in pursuing new business and servicing clients.
Perform duties to map source data and execute migrations using SQL or other scripted languages to manipulate and import data
Capture, record, cleanse, and refine listing and investor information supplied by internal and external stakeholders
Communicate with broker teams, investors and other end users to verify information, address inquiries and refresh stale data
Own the integrity of investor and property listing information and providing end user support as part of the service team
Merge duplicate records
Cross reference resources to ensure continuity of data
Perform data integration, report development and on-going data management
- Work with the project team and vendor on documenting new requirements
- Work cross-functionally on data integration efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS from a 4-year accredited institution and a minimum of 1-3 years of significant experience
1+ years of experience with a RDBMS system
Strong SQL and Excel experience required
Experience manipulating and validating large data sets
Experience in Salesforce preferred or in migrating data in Salesforce.com using the Data Loader tool
Experience with a scripting language, such as Python or Javascript a plus
Real estate experience is a plus

Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Team Player, ability to cross-collaborate with various teams across the advisory services platform.
Requires basic knowledge of financial and statistical terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to interpret multiple sources of data to create threads of opportunity or value creation.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel. Proficiency in database and web-based research technology.
Decisions made with understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
