DESCRIPTION
The role of the global lease administration lead is to ensure delivery of consistent lease administration services across all geographies. This individual will act as the subject matter expert on lease admin best practice and guide the lease admin teams to achieving successful outcomes. 


CBRE is seeking a knowledgeable lease admin professional with global experience. The position will report directly to the account leader (Global Alliance Director) and be an integral part of the CBRE strategic leadership team. This individual will also represent lease admin on behalf of the client and will be expected to partner with key stakeholders within the client s organization.
In addition to what is outlined in this document, the successful candidate must be able to continuously evaluate and drive improvement. They shall think of themselves as a partner with the Client

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and be responsible for the successful delivery of Lease Administration Globally.
Manage the Lease Admin contract in full, including budgeting and forecasting for the Purchase Order
Partner with client lease admin stakeholders to ensure alignment on current operations and future plans. Continually evaluate talent, org structure, delivery model.
Manage ROB (Rhythm of the Business) events are delivered and met.
Ensure integration with the other real estate functions and delivery of the End-to-End process. Functions Include: Project Management, Transaction Management, Facility Management, and other critical stakeholders.
Partner with Tririga (Technology) product owner governance and compliance leads on adhering to compliance guidelines, supporting development of policy
Act as lease admin subject matter to support controlling with implementation of new global lease accounting standards; provide opinion on impact to lease admin group; support development of enhancements and related testing
Support development of reporting from Tririga for portfolio analytics and other reporting requirements
Manage the CBRE lease administration team (both onsite and offsite) that they:
o Analyze and demonstrate expertise and compliance to drive effective processes and methodologies and ensure completeness and data integrity/accuracy across the global portfolio and technology.
o Keep best practices in front of the team and continue the evolution to maintain best in class processes, methodologies, reporting.
o Secure necessary technology access, provide navigation and reporting training.
o Evaluate ongoing data configuration needs related to system defects and enhancements
o Provide the team and client with budget support to the extent such activity is supported by the Database System
o Tririga: identify system enhancements, participate in scoping documentation, testing and implementation; when Tririga system defects occur to raise defect tickets and participate in solutioning and resolving the defect
o execute rent pay process to ensure accurate and timely payments to client vendor landlords
o Maintain data integrity

QUALIFICATIONS 

A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
10+ years in a leadership role within a corporate real estate environment

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Comfortable managing and analyzing large volumes of data
Proficient at utilizing reporting tools, producing reports
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
As a global role, this job will require the selected employee to participate in calls with members of our global team, considering a range of time zone requirements. As a result, the job will require participating in a number of regularly scheduled calls that will take place late at night or early in the morning.
Have flexibility to meet deadlines which will entail some overtime and weekend work
