Leasing Consultant with High Rise Experience

ZRS is a leading residential property management company who is able to offer consistent service to both our residents and their clients as a result of their ability to recruit, hire and retain the apartment industry’s most talented people. ZRS have been employed by Caydon to manage our first high rise development, Drewery Place, located in Midtown Houston.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to move-ins, Lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, Leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in procedures, providing high quality resident service, communicating residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff.
