To support the Sales team in achieving capital raising objectives by providing pro-active sales support, client service and direct sales for US clients and prospects
Key Responsibilities
Sales/Capital Raising
- Raise capital and manage relationships with prospective institutional investors within a defined coverage market
- Help create and update product pitchbooks, material for client meetings and due diligence meetings
- Sales responsibilities will grow over time
Sales Support
- Coordinate responses to RFI's, RFP's and Due Diligence in coordination with the RFP team and the investment teams
- Proactively research client segments, market trends and contribute to the development of sales strategy
- Help maintain Salesforce and marketing lists
- Coordinate conference calls and due diligence as well as the preparation of roadshows
Client Service
- Respond in a timely manner to any queries from clients and prospects, liaise with internal teams to provide high quality responses
- Support client take-on including KYC/AML process
Client Reporting
- Take ownership of regular and ad hoc client reporting requests
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (Real Estate a plus)
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, if not, will be required within 6 months of being hired
Experience/Skills
- Previous relevant experience of at least 5 years preferably in a client service/RFP/sales support/product specialist or marketing role within real estate, private equity or infrastructure firm
- Understanding of client process and sales cycle with ability to go the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into sales
- Ability to coordinate multiple client requests at the same time and prioritize
- Proven track record in operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output
- Understanding and experience in commercial real estate, commercial real estate debt, infrastructure debt and equity products would be highly beneficial
