Description
Mid-sized owner and manager of commercial and residential properties (located primarily in NYC) seeks a CFO who has at least 10 years of in-house real estate experience.
The CFO is a key member of the executive team and is responsible for managing and reporting on all fiscal and fiduciary affairs of the company, including reporting to partners, lenders, grantors and government agencies; analyzing financial results to identify issues and opportunities; cash and investment management; budgeting and forecasting; developing and monitoring internal procedures and controls; analyzing appropriate insurance needs; managing a 10+ person accounting department; and additional responsibilities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Masters preferred. CPA preferred.
