Property Management Paralegal– Fort Washington, PA Office

Qualifications and Experience:
- Paralegal professional with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, BA degree preferred;
- Experience in acquisition, disposition and operation of commercial real estate required;
- Experience with legal and transactional documentation, including tenant letters, management agreements, access agreements, easements, etc. required;
- Background in property management desirable;
- Familiarity with property documents, inclusive of title commitments, deeds, surveys, PCAs, Phase 1 reports, etc. required;
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required required;
- Excellent written and oral communications skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a paced-growth oriented company; and
- Experience with Sharepoint, Yardi or Dealpath helpful but not required;
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Maintain legal files for the department, including via Sharepoint, Yardi and Dealpath;
- Obtain diligence documents and corporate documents;
- Draft letters and obtaining signatures for various documents;
- Track proposals for diligence (i.e, environmental, surveys, PCAs, etc.);
- Assist with the production of documents requested in company litigation;
- Research and interface with outside counsel on acquisitions and dispositions and other transactional matters;
- Prepare legal and transactional documentation, including but not limited to closing documents, management agreements, tenant letters, access agreements, etc.;
- Update and communicate with attorneys and staff on the status of litigation, closings and acquisitions;
- Assist with the legal aspects of the Company’s accounts receivables; and
- Assist the legal department with all aspects of the Company’s transactions.
