This key person will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of intricate marketing plans for commercial properties and general marketing for the company. Responsibilities include preparing Offering Memorandums on pre-arranged templates, analyzing operational property data to create pro-forma business cases and coordinating with brokers and clients during the creation of marketing materials during due diligence. The role also includes general administrative duties and office staff management for a growing, dynamic regional commercial real estate office located in Huntsville, Alabama.

- Create Marketing Packages, most of which have existing templates
- Collaborate with the brokers and clients to gather due diligence information
- Analyze property operational data and draft underwriting (extensive training provided)
- General Admin Duties
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and comfortable working with numbers
