Our objective is to become the leading brokerage and advisory firm in the United States. We are currently searching for a candidate who will play an integral role in our growing team. This opportunity is to join a team as a junior leasing representative specializing in the office market while working alongside experienced brokers.

You will also be provided team and corporate marketing tools, a specialized marketing and research staff, outstanding support resources, industry-specific technology, and exceptional hands-on training.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in a commercial brokerage environment with a desire to pursue an office specialty; however, strong candidates from other fields will also be considered. Special consideration will be given to candidates with exposure to the local area and office market. A real estate license is required to interview.
Candidates must possess solid business development acumen, communication skills, problem solving abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Strong math skills and an understanding of financial markets and models are also essential. Brokers on our team will be required to bring a positive, high energy attitude every day. In addition, candidates must be self-motivated, coachable, tenacious, ambitious, and possess the desire and ability to develop and maintain relationships and a pipeline of business.
This is an office leasing position within a sales team. The vast majority of the first 24 months will be business development. You must enjoy talking to people and maintain advanced social skills. Your success will depend largely on your ability to develop new business through cold calling, networking, branding and social media.
