-Contribute to the organization's profitability and strategic goals by providing and aligning the strategic vision and management of the urban infill market segment within each division and to guide the operation teams towards plan implementation.
-Provide guidance, influence and impact within the land acquisition, development and planning, homebuilding and operational initiatives to securely establish the urban infill product within Fischer Homes’ collections portfolio.
-Works with Market Presidents to accomplish the integration of the urban infill market segment and to determine volume targets, including acquisition and zoning of high density urban properties. Defines Fischer Homes target market and the product line(s) within this market segment, to be offered and ensures the appropriate product and specifications exist to match the target market.
-Continuously monitors market segment across divisions to insure performance to goal while soliciting feedback and recommended needed changes in the Strategic Plan.
-Establishes direction and goals for the division and provides leadership through vision, expertise, communication, and example by providing tools necessary to achieve goals
within this market segment.
-Monitors performance of on-going communities to ensure adequate land supply is in the acquisition pipeline in order to meet Strategic Plan targets for each division.
-Directs market research and competition studies which identify gaps in the market and evaluates the company's success in meeting target market objectives.
-Minimum of 10 years’ negotiating zoning, development, and construction experience of related urban infill work.
-Comprehensive knowledge of townhome product zoning and construction.
-Strong management background or related experience.
-Maintains effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people.
-Anticipates potential problems and possesses strong proactive problem solving ability.
-Capable of using real data to specify a problem’s attributes as well as its organizational context before attempting to intervene with a strong ability to reach conclusions based
on logic and established evidence.

Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred
