THE ROLE
You will work with the Asset Management, Facility Management, Finance and Procurement teams in leading all aspects of property management including initiatives for existing assets, managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, arrears management processes, planning and controlling operating expenses and managing insurance incidents and claims across the industrial, data center, student housing and commercial verticals. Your responsibilities also include process implementation and supporting initiatives to include all aspects of budgeting, contracting, reporting and audit. You should excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.
THE PERSON
You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or finance, with at least 7 years relevant Regional Management experience in the operation of one or more of the following asset classes: Industrial, Commercial and Retail, Data Center or Student Accommodations and Multi-Family. To succeed in this role you should possess a high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership and collaboration skills. You should be someone who seeks continuous improvement in processes and performance and value engineers towards optimum solutions for all aspects of property management.
