The Professionals’ Choice for Real Estate Jobs

Leadership Pipeline

The quest for greater compensation came in almost dead last as a reason to leave one’s job for 73% of professionals. The primary reason professionals seek new jobs in 2017 is to find a more challenging position, according to a new global survey from Korn/Ferry. Leaders who succeed in keeping their best people are inspirational in their view of future company prospects, and create an environment that drives professionals to grow and learn new skills. 64% of employees across industries said they want their jobs to last “more than five years.” Building a leadership pipeline means being able to spot and develop potential from the beginning. When employers write their job description, it is the introduction to their company’s potential. The interview process ideally identifies tomorrow’s leaders and reveals how the employer develops their leadership pipeline.
