The Professionals’ Choice for Real Estate Jobs

The Minimum

While I usually don’t watch FOX, last night’s Republican Debate raised the bar for the news media, who allow Big Data or Rankings, to steer their course. Starting with “The National Anthem,” it became clear this debate was an important event. The participants were introduced using their Titles, and highest achievement. Experience matters? The first sentence from the commentators was the objective of the debate, to discuss economic policies, and the first question was increasing the Minimum Wage. No surprise, concerns about its effect on job growth were prevalent. But later a Journalist, not a “Pundit” or purported expert who tells us how to think, but a Journalist brought up information that viewers need to consider. In this case, how the Earned Income Tax Credit has the potential to be a business-friendly alternative that can increase the earnings of low-income workers without raising the cost of business. Food for thought as we all increasingly use Big Data to steer our course.
