Acknowledged for higher quality, higher paying jobs, even SelectLeaders sees real estate jobs trending toward what the Labor Department reports is the fastest wage growth since 2009. Thanks to a lot of hard work by CREW Network and others, our industry is steadily increasing not only the number, but the salaries, of women. Don’t get me wrong, women need our industry to play catch up. But young men are starting to wonder when will it be the boys’ turn? “The Week” just reported “Google finds it’s been underpaying men. A survey of salaries at Goggle finds men are being paid less money than women for doing similar work.” According to Bloomberg.com, women usually have better social skills than men, which has made girls better than boys at school. And these advantages are now growing in value in the labor force. Is it time for CREM Network?
