As disasters increase geometrically, will hurricanes and other disasters be factored into projections? The Manufactured Home industry predicts no manufactured homes will be available for 6 months, because of the demand in Texas and Florida. Construction jobs usually hit their annual lows in the next few months, but that is also about to change. The Technology Disaster of Equifax losing all our core identification will probably usher in retail banking and other real estate tenants requiring finger print identification, which I’ve only used in airport Global Entry machines, and soon eye iris identification could be required before we can lease an apartment or fly on a plane. The true leaders will be the ones who not only rebuild but inspire where and how we rebuild, and don’t entrust our identity to a company, but to what makes us all unique, so disaster projections do not become a future factor that depletes all resources, including the almost indomitable human spirit.
