NMHC is a national association based in Washington, DC, representing
the interests of the larger and most prominent apartment firms in the
U.S. NMHC members are the principal officers of firms engaged in all

The Pension Real Estate Association is a non-profit organization
whose members are engaged in the investment of tax-exempt pension and
endowment funds into real estate assets. PREA’s mission is to serve its

The Urban Land Institute is a non-profit research and education
organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the Institute
